OWNERS - Darlene & Roger Gaboury

Darlene and Roger feel they have a fairy tale love story and the backdrop for their story is their estate which they purchased in 2016. Darlene has always had a connection with Blue Herons and when one flew across the back pond during their first visit to the estate they knew it was destined to be their forever home. They knew they would marry there and, since that magical event in September of 2018, many have asked them to offer the estate for others to enjoy for their weddings and special events. Just as on the day Roger proposed, the answer was yes!

Creativity and professionalism together

Darlene has a background in the performance arts/sports and is a world championship choreographer and coach. She has an eye for design as well as over all production and conceptualization of events and performances and has worked on movie sets and other entertainment venues. Roger manages all of the systems of the estate - the electrical, plumbing, grounds etc. and he is an instrumentation technician. Both Darlene and Roger are published writers. Together with their grounds and events coordinator, Susan Urban, they have all of the estate's event potential well imagined!!
