We are conveniently located in central Nanaimo in a gated 10 acre hideaway forest paradise  - Approximately 7 minutes from downtown and the harbor seaplanes and approx. 10 minutes from the Departure Bay ferries and 15 minutes from the Nanaimo Airport or Duke Point ferries.

The map above and/or your GPS will bring you to Newfield Road. Once you have turned left onto Newfield Rd, you follow that road as it bends to the right (at which point you will see the sign for the estate) and you will come to a bridge with a gate across it at the far end. Push the green button below the keypad on the bridge and the gate will open.  You will see the grounds to your right as you enter the estate . The estate main house and office are in the second building on the left.  All visitors for event coordination meetings will park in either the first stone walled parking area directly in front of the grounds where the 2 gazebos are located or in the main house driveway. Visitors arriving after 5 PM will need a code to enter the gate. 

There is parking at the estate for approx. 50 vehicles. 

There is open water on the estate. We are fortunate to be located next to the Millstone River and we also have a man made pond with waterfalls next to the white gazebo.  Children (and adults acting like children) must be closely supervised while on site for your event :-)
